How to Buy Our Meat

We produce heritage roaster chickens on a seasonal basis.  These birds are ethically-raised, with plenty of space and have a happy, healthy life.  They are fed a locally, produced, non-GMO feed and receive treats that are high in Omega-3’s.  We do not use antibiotics, hormones or ANY medications in these birds.  Our roaster chickens are young, tender and processed in a USDA-certified facility.

At this time, we offer whole chickens only.  These chickens are delicious, especially when slow roasted.  You can find recipes and tips on cooking them here.  We find them to be more flavorful than chicken you buy from the grocery store and they do keep well in the freezer for 6 months to a year, if you want to stock up.

2019 UPDATE- We are sold out of meat for 2019.  We plan to produce more in 2020.  Contact us if you are interested for next year.
